In his Fifth Policy Address, Chief Executive Tung Chee-hwa announced three key measures to relieve people's hardships, namely, creating over 30,000 job opportunities, reducing rates payments and raising the tax-deduction ceiling for housing loan interest. Do you think these measures will work out?
