| 調查所用問卷共接受五等答案，分別是「非常滿意」、「滿意」、「一半 半」、「不滿」、「非常不滿」、「唔知/難講」。網頁上除按次調查的數 表及圖表外，其餘按月及按季計算的數表圖表根據被訪者的答案分成三等， 分別是「滿意」、「一半半」、「不滿」、「唔知/難講」。 | |
| 網頁上按季計算的數表及圖表是根據有關季度內各月份的平均數字再次平均計算，即平均再平均。 | |
| 由於資源所限，民意研究計劃的成員只能向各界人士解答有關調查所採用的方法，而不會就有關數據另作評述。 |
Points to Note
| Answers to the survey questions are registered on a five point scale, namely, "very satisfied", "satisfied", "half-half", "dissatisfied", "very dissatisfied", and "don't know / hard to say". The monthly and quarterly figures presented herewith are collapsed into a three point scale of "satisfied", "half-half", "dissatisfied", and "don't know / hard to say" in our tables and charts. | |

The quarterly figures presented in the relevant tables and charts are using average figures calculated from monthly averages. They are averages of averages. | |

Due to limited resources, our research team members will only be able to entertain questions on our research design, but not request for comment on the figures. |
