香港大學新聞及傳媒研究中心民意研究計劃（前身為香港大學社會科學研究中心民意研究計劃）將陸續於今日及未來數天在其網站《港大民意網站》（網址為 http://hkupop.hku.hk）陸續發放有關特區政府表現、立法會議員表現、及與回歸三週年有關的民意數據，供各屆人士直接參閱。

過往，港大民意研究計劃一直透過其刊物《民意快訊》發表有關統計數字，不加評論。一如以往，民意研究計劃暫時無意在《民意網站》評論該等數字。《民意網站》現階段會集中力量，整理及發放更多民意數據，讓市民大眾及學者專家直接參閱和分析。

各項調查的方法和樣本資料已在《民意網站》清楚列明，歡迎各界人士到網址 http://hkupop.hku.hk 查閱。

Starting today, the Public Opinion Programme (POP) at the Journalism and Media Studies Centre in the University of Hong Kong (formerly at the Social Sciences Research Centre in the University of Hong Kong) will release a series of opinion surveys on the performance of the HKSAR Government, Legistative Councillors, and other issues related to the Third Anniversary of the HKSAR. Such figures will be available at POP's website, the HKU POP Site, at http://hkupop.hku.hk for public consumption.

In the past, POP released these figures through its publication the POP Express without comments. The POP Site will continue this practice for the time being, and concentrate on compiling and releasing more opinion data for direct consumption by scholars and analysts.

The research design and contact information of all relevant surveys published can be found in the HKU POP Site at http://hkupop.hku.hk.
